I’ve been applying for jobs, and this is the first time I’ve ever had to mark that I am disabled. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a hard time getting any call backs. Typically I’d lie cause I’m desperate for work but I can’t ignore how much the physical symptoms of PTSD are hurting me every day. I don’t know what to do.

Its a good thing that you're being honest with your employer. Many companies offer something called "Reasonable Accommodation" which is where they will accommodate your disability the best they can. When you interview, go into detail about your PTSD and how it effects you. But also reassure them that you will give the job your all and will work very hard.
