Considering getting a body braid, any advice?

Curious about this! I’m thinking about buying one too!

sometimes it puts pressure on my lower back that i’m not a huge fan of but it isn’t causing any issues as far as i can see

i got a body braid for christmas this past december and i really enjoy it. You shouldn’t wear it too often (i do twice a week to go to school) because your muscles can get too accustomed to it and become weaker. but for going out or trying to do something it’s so nice!!! helps me walk normally for the first time in a year
