Got a steroid shot (40mg kenalog) in my hip the other day at my rheumatologist appointment. I also went back to gluten free and dairy free on the same day bc my stomach was acting up again. I also started wearing black leather stability sneakers to work. All those things combined and wow- I feel like I have the energy of a person who is not sick. My feet and hands still hurt in the mornings, and my feet hurt at the end of the day, but I did not have to chug coffee all day to feel like a human.
