I’ve been having stomach problems for a month now they said I had swollen lymph nodes in my stomach and that it’s a virus I feel like the virus should of been long gone by now I’m not having the serious vomiting diarrhea that had in the beginning but I still find it hard to eat certain foods without feeling nauseous is this normal

Do you think maybe you may be allergic to something your eating . Get a prick or blood test or both of foods. You may not realize you can’t handle certain foods . I had a friend and he literally eating all the stuff he’s allergic too . Turned out he’s allergic to salmon , nuts , wheat and couple other things . If you do blood test you have make sure the food bothering you are in the system . I did both tests to be sure . It the easiest least invasive test . Personally I think this first step. I personally have huge issue eating food and came on suddenly and gotten worst as the years gone by . Feel free to pm me if the allergy test is negative. I can be of assistance since I’ve done elimination of what it is since I haven’t found answers for myself . Good luck and feed better .

Try taking baking soda with water in the morning before starting a drug like famotidine. The baking soda can help your pH level so your stomach fluid isn't so acidic

I take a pro biotic (culturelle) just 12 billion cfu's tho not to high. I can easily tell when I miss a few days, I feel nauseous for hours or even whole day if I miss a few days of taking it. Maybe your gut floral is off
