Hi.I’m new at this so please bear with me. I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia in my late twenties. I have been on several different medications and have had periods of remission. My last severe attack started in October of 2020 and I changed medications and had the pain under control by January 2021. I take a maintenance dose of 300 mil of gabapentin 3 x a day with 1/2 a 150 mil of oxycarbanzapine 1 x daily. I live in fear of the pain coming back everyday. How does everyone cope with this disease?
