i also get a lot of bladder infections, knock on wood only one kidney infection so far! the symptoms have happened twice so far, but each urinalysis and culture comes back clean. i’d say the weirdest part about all of this is that even though my UTIs were probably from urinary retention (and hoping they are gone once i get screening to see if my neuromodulator truly works), i was never symptomatic, despite always having more than 100,000 colonies. that might be from a neurogenic bladder, but it’s kinda weird how i get traditional UTI symptoms during my period and can feel it. my body confuses me very often lol
