There are a lot of other plants and herbs that can help immensely. You should research your conditions or what you're going through and herbs that are known to aid. It's helped me a lot!

I do acupuncture it helps me.
There's several different natural over the counter options on Amazon but I don't remember the exact brand I used. I liked to use the capsules so I could mix them into smoothies and things to help boost my moods!!
