I am experiencing grief due to my sisters passing 13 weeks ago. I’ve known depression prior yo that. This is a whole new level . Open to suggestions if anything has worked for you

      I send my mother messages via Facebook from time to time. That helped me a lot. If she didn't have any social medias, letters might help.

      Grief is normal and I'm so sorry for your loss and your suffering. I don't think it's something that can be rushed. It is like a big raw ball of emotion and as it bounces around you it hurts. But as time goes on that ball gets smaller and it bumps less often. I would suggest reaching out to a grief counselor, but I'm skeptical of anyone that treats grief as something to reject or recover from. At it's core it is love.

      ❤️ My advice is talk to God about it 🙏... express everything you feel, empty yourself completely to Him. His Love and comfort ❤️ for you is available to to get you through your toughest times. We just need to stop to listen and remember His Presence and call upon His help.
