So I’m trying a CBD that’s THC free for my anxiety. I’ve been taking it for about a week now and it doesn’t really seem to be working like I hoped. Does anyone have experience with CBDs? How much do you take? Please share whether it’s in my messages or on here

I take 1000mg of it twice a day (I think? or just 1000mg a day) with no THC, and I didn’t realize how much it helped until my neurologist suggested maybe going off of it and I had 8 panic attacks in a row the day after😅 although it may seem like it’s not doing much NOW, keep taking it and see if it does anything for you. personally, yes my anxiety still isn’t great, but it’s so much better than it would be if I wasn’t taking it
I had no luck with any of it. I tried full spectrum… broad. All brands. My pain is too severe. But I’m happy that some people get relief from it.

Keep taking it, regularly for a couple months at least, then look back in hindsight and see how much it’s helped your anxiety and other problems. It’s been a god send for me, but I take a high dose full spectrum (with thc)
