does anyone know any good ways to help with suicidal ideation? life has been so shit lately and i’m so uncomfortable in my brain and body

      It can help to make a list of things you want to do in the future. Even if they are small, like "I want to stick around so I can drink my favorite tea tomorrow morning"

      I struggle with this often as well Because life get hard . For me I try write , draw out , pray, text a friend. Important to keep busy as much as you can. 💕 💕

      I try to force myself to be around people. When I’m alone or tired is when I start to have suicidal thoughts. When I’m around others or distracting myself then I can’t. This one might sound odd but I have a list of all the things in the world that bring me joy. Even small things like bubbles, rainbows, puppies, babies, flowers, chocolate, etc. It has over a hundred tiny and big things and looking at it sometimes keeps me herw

      I try to use spite to help with that. Depression is a coward that's trying to get you to do its dirty work for it. If it wants to kill you, make it have to shut your organs down like a real disease. Also if I'm dead I can't try any more foods 😭

      I find having hobbies helps distract me from my suicidal thoughts. I don't have a ton of hobbies, but making art or getting lost in a good video game helps me a lot. Other than that, I don't have many coping skills...

      I used to use this app called Calm Harm when things got very bad for my sh, it helped me for the most part, maybe see if it could help with this situation as well?
