Does anyone here live in Western Washington? Just asking bcuz the isolation/loneliness is eating me alive. Most days I feel like my depression is going to consume me. And then the BPD kicks in and it’s all over for me. So I was just thinking that maybe we could form a small group of likeminded ppl and get outside for some nature therapy. Just an idea….
