How to differentiate between a lupus flare and a bad day?

Does the Saphnelo help you? I’ve tried methotrexate, Imuran, and the Plaquenil but none are helping me much at all. My insurance is refusing to pay for Benlysta. All of them have awful side effects. I hate all of the medication.
