Sharp pain in lower back causing stomach palpitations

I was just waiting for someone to mention this. I have had a herniated disc in my lower back for a year now accompanied by chronic lower back, pelvic, and leg pain. A lot of people seem baffled when I tell them that the back in my back is effecting the front of me as well. But that is the way nerves work so I can definitely relate to you!!
