Guided meditation via Spotify or YouTube. I'm trying to go to bed earlier and follow a nightly routine (grooming, hygiene, meds, moisturizer, hair care, etc).
I take an over the counter sleep gummy that helps my body relax and I have a whole routine I do each night with turning the lights down at a certain time and listen to music to help my mind relax.
Weed and melatonin. I've also found that if I play a game with a lot of voluntary ads before bed I can put my phone down while each ad is playing and that tricks my brain into getting sleepy
