My “delusions” have been telling me to take over the counter DXM and other pills. It started a few days ago and I don’t know why. I saw a bottle of Delsym on the kitchen counter after they told me to specifically use Delsym. It freaked me out and I live with other people but I’m convinced it was the people in my head that put the bottle on the counter for me to see. I’ve tried telling them to leave me alone which worked for the night but now it started again. How do i make them stop?

I haven't been told not to take mine but when ever I go to do so I get this overwhelming since of dread that only goes away once I fight through it and take them or walk away from the medicine cabinet

Strange, my "friends" tell me my meds will kill me. Usually when mine get super loud i blast music that differentiates from their personalities. Also repeating in your head "I am not afraid" helps. ❤️
@Indira thank you so much. Tbh this confused me too because they’ve only told me that my meds are poisoned, this is the first time they’ve encouraged me to take extra or take other types of meds I don’t need
@Slater i hate when they do that, i think it's some kind of reverse psychology, only it's reverse reverse psychology because its all in your head, supposedly.. idk, it makes absolutely no sense my guy..
