Dealing with Embarrassing IBS Symptoms

It sounds odd but get yourself some period underwear and extra large pads. There is special underwear they make for heavy flow periods so it’s designed to catch all that. It’s an awful new symptom and I totally get it but this has really helped me. I’ve noticed and been able to figure out that it happens when I’m finally completely relaxed. I have a lot of different illnesses too and I’m generally fairly tense from all the pain and everything. But when I’m just completely exhausted and finally sleep like I’m in a coma or have to take meds for the pain my body relaxes a little too much and, well you know. I see the signs now and when I feel too relaxed (finally) I wear that underwear to bed l, sometimes with a extra large pad on too, and it’s helped a lot. Track it using cara care!! If you can find a pattern you can take Imodium on the days it’s going to be the worst or avoid things that trigger it
