Has anyone else with EDS woken up with pain in their shoulder and when you look it’s hanging slightly lower and more forward than the other shoulder? Should I be worried about this and is there a way to fix it?

Wake up from shoulder pain everyday. But it's my fault. It's the only way I can sleep. After 1 left rotator, and 2 right shoulder surgeries. I still sleep on my side. Have many pillows to prop me up but still haven't been able to stop the bad habit of sleeping on my side. The shoulders drop out for most anything I do. Carrying groceries it's automatic. I'm in pain rarely. But when I am in pain it's time to put the sling back on just to rest the shoulder.

happens all the time, i have one extremely loose shoulder and it dislocates probably close to 10 to 12 times a day. i found a physical therapist who has worked with eds before and she’s helped a lot with all my dislocations so i would highly recommend finding a pt specialist

My shoulder would do that but it’s because I dislocated it a while ago. because of EDS, my shoulder surgery did not work, however there are many braces which can help to hold it in place.
