I agree with the valerian root tinctures. Just be sure to research natural medicines as they are supposed to be used 2-3 weeks on and one week off. (Something like that) just like forementioned with the melatonin, there's a reason for taking a break every few weeks. Luckily your body shouldn't feel any withdrawal or anything like that.

yes with the valerian root! When I was in college and didn't realize I had an actual sleeping issue, I used it often. What also helps is olly sleep gummies, it uses an appropriate dose of melatonin, l-theanine and other "botanicals". In the ultra soft gels there's also magnesium. Look for a good sleepytime tea of sorts too. Check Amazon or Google. Celestial seasonings sleepytime is the easiest to come by but not always the best. There's some teas out there that can knock you on your butt.
Doctor on demand is a video call doctor visit, their 24-7 too. Some things to try that don't require a prescription are magnesium, valerian root, and cbd oil (thc included is preferred). Just be careful with taking melatonin. If you take too much or too often your body can stop producing it. For an average adult the dosage should be about 0.5 micrograms. As for what they can give you, it varies and they will start with very low dosages and work up from there. They also might require a sleep study. Herbal supplements are your best bet for help pretty quickly. From experience, meds for insomnia can range from helpful to more exhausting then not sleeping. Research is your friend, but I understand how frustrating the long trail process can be to find a solution. To try to avoid those long naps I usually try to set an alarm(which only wakes me up temporarily), then immediately have a protein bar and drink I set by my bed before I crashed. Even though I'm still tired, eating something makes it harder to pass right out again. I wish you luck on getting help.🙏
You should be able to! 🙏
