my ocd gets super bad sometimes and where I hold my breath for a few minutes and only breathe for a few seconds and do it over and over again, im don't know what to do and whenever I bring it up to my therapist she brushes over it.

I'd recommend getting a new therapist, if possible. Idk if she specializes with OCD but if she's overlooking compulsions and not giving productive feedback on how to manage it, she's not the best fit for you. If that's not possible, there are group therapy practices that can pertain to one disorder and that might be more helpful.
