Struggling with Degenerative Disc Disease and Herniated Disc

I'm having such a hard time with degenerative disc disease and a herniated disc I'm in so much pain it's hard to work but I do it, is anyone else having the same problem?same

      @Rachypoo I'm going to a pain clinic. They gave me Lyrica for the fibromyalgia and they gave me a muscle relaxer for the rest but to be honest, it doesn't do much. I've sometimes smoked weed to help but I don't regularly have it so it's not really a long term solution. I'll also use a heating pad or ice packs. What do you do?

      I have pretty severe back pain as well. I have a fracture in my spine and herniated discs as well as fibromyalgia. It can be immensely difficult to work or do anything really. It's honestly depressing when I think about everything I used to be able to do. šŸ˜„
