I try to practice gratitude instead of thinking about everyone else, to drown out the noise think of what there is to be grateful for practice gratitude lists, helps to focus on the right things in life rather than the negative which can eat you up.
I breathe and tell myself that it will get better. Not everyone can be out to get me. Sometimes it even works.🙏
