Can Eating Disorders Be Cured?

I come from the school of thought that eating disorders are essentially addictions. Once we are an addict, we will always be an addict. It comes down to learning how to manage our disorders and coping appropriately with our everyday triggers, compulsions, harmful thought processes, and habits in order to live a healthier life.
