Similar to a seeing eye dog but for your mental health :) they can't go all the same places as a "service animal" but they are able to be more flexible in the type of animal. Any kind of animal can be an ESA as long as they are trained for it. They can detect changes in your body (by smell and body indicator mostly) and react before you even know you're totally in an attack. They can even get emergency meds for (if trained to do so) or alert emergency response as needed (again train). Also landlords can't deny them if you have a letter from your doc for the animal
Emotional support animal.
Esa?

Thank you so mucb for these great suggestions for when I see my psychiatrist next week!
I gained 30 lb with Seroquel and switched to trazodone and lost all of the weight I gained. Lower doses didn't work for me and neither did rozerem but it might be worth a try
High dose trazodone or rozerem
