      Drinking spearmint tea 3 times a day, taking Ovasitol 2 times a day, try going gluten free & dairy free, take your vitamins such as magnesium & zinc at night, do slow, weighted workouts instead of instead ones. Try to a high protein, low carb diet. Eat lots of Whole Foods & try to avoid lots of processed foods

      I've read that people with PCOS have higher cortisol levels so they are more prone to anxiety and adrenaline rushes. As a result, it is not in our best interest to have caffeine. I've been cutting it out for a couple months now. This might be helpful for you if you feel consistent fatigue everyday or are already an anxious person.

        @coljoi I dont drink coffee cause it makes me sleepy & I think you’re right about cortisol and anxiety. I’m an anxious person and I have PCOS

          @Citla same I have pcos and I deal with anxiety. I don’t drink coffee because caffeine has given me heart palpitations and shaky hands in the past. My body doesn’t handle it well lol
