Struggling with a Misdiagnosis of Schizoaffective Disorder

Bipolar symptoms will start showing up from ages 16+ on most cases. For years we ere concerned I had Schizophrenia and or Bipolar. So I reccomend 3 things. 1.) Try Birth Control if you're AFAB. It helps with testosterone surges before you're cycle. 2.) Change your medicines. Maybe your depression medications aren't working aswell as they were. 3.) Study how your motivation works. Mine was like an elevator up followed by slow stairs down and rock bottom for months. Now that I know that pattern, I can work to change it.
