I truly feel like I am alone with the AS pain in my neck. The pain is almost unbearable. Turning my head in any direction makes me want to fall down.

I to have AS. I completely understand the pain/suffering your taking about in your neck. I have been also struggling with range of motion on both sides of my neck it’s has definitely been a struggle. It is hard to get anyone to really understand. What are things you do to try and help get thru the day with the AS ?
