I was recently properly diagnosed with Endo. I’ve had the suspicion for years and have tried to take care of myself accordingly. Sometimes the pain is so bad I just can’t do anything for weeks. And when cyst rupture I feel like I’m dying. I’m looking for literally any advice and home remedy’s as my doctor and I go through my treatment plans.

Oh- something strange that helps me faster and more effectively than Ibuprofen is ginger capsules. If it’s really really bad, I’ll take ginger capsules to stop the pain faster and Advil to keep the pain away after the ginger wears off. With the ginger you just kind of have to keep taking them every couple hours as needed but they can be a life saver especially while you’re waiting that good hour or two for the Advil to kick in

As the others have stated, heat packs, hot baths and diet can make the most impact. But also I’ve found that cannabis and CBD can help take the edge off way more than traditional pain killers.

Cysts rupturing are definitely extraordinarily painful and immobilizing. For the worst ones, if you can, get help into a warm bath, take Advil and try and breathe through it. I know it’s near unbearable. For endo management- bio identical hormone replacement therapy, low sugar, little refined carbs/fried foods.
I'm so sorry you have to go through it, but I'm glad you're getting the care you need. I've been dealing with endo symptoms for about 9 years, but diagnosed for about 7 years. Sadly, not a whole lot really helps in a lot of cases, but heat is usually a go-to. Heating pads, hot showers/baths, etc. There are anti-inflammatory diets that may or may not help with the frequency of flare ups (definitely talk to your doctor before considering this, as it's not necessarily everyone's best option).
