Can Anxiety Cause Leg Weakness?

A lot of symptoms can happen with severe anxiety. Lots of ghost symptoms too. Like I think my appendix will explode when my right side hurts but in reality it's just gas.

Absolutely. When I have extreme panics attacks my legs feel like jello and sometimes go numb. I also get dizzy, but I think that is because of a neck issue I have. Stay strong! ❤️💪
