Hi! New here. I struggle with anxiety really bad and some intermittent agoraphobia. I just had my son in March and I’m feeling like a bad mom because I’m always afraid of everything. I need some relief!

      Thank you so much for those tips! I will check out that page and podcast. I try to remind myself that I’m FINE, for some reason I just can’t seem to push past it right now. I feel like I’m slipping back in my recovery and I’m trying not to let it take me down completely ❤️

      One of the most insightful things that got me through was just realizing the panic/fear feelings can just be with you as you do things. It’s not killing you or harming you, it’s just there. And it WILL pass, I promise
