My endo always says she’s impressed with my glucose control and that it’s rare. In 10 years I’ve never once had a seizure or passed out. Even though I feel I run on the higher side. Can anyone else relate? Or am I actually an outlier?

I’ve never passed out or anything either, never even been in DKA but my sugars run high sometimes

It sounds like you’re probably in your “honey moon phase” if you’re only about 2-3 months since diagnosis. That means your pancreas is likely still producing a small amount of its own insulin. I definitely would not consider 140-155 running high.

i also run on the higher side. my normal is about 140-155ish. they want me at about 113.

my endo says this too. i got diagnosed about 2.5 months ago and every meeting that we have, (we’ve actually had a lot) she always says how impressed she is with me.
