Yeah so I'm happy that my anxiety and panic attacks have subsided with the new meds, but wow where did this depression come from? I wear this smile all day for the kids and husband... but inside I'm just ugh. And I'm not talking to my mother, so I don't have her. plus I've no friends outside of Facebook. I haven't drank or self harmed in 11 years... but the other day hurting myself crossed my mind. Maybe it's time for a tattoo? They tell me they can't treat the depression because antidepressants make those with depression even more prone to suicide? Has anyone with the dual diagnosis of Bipolar and BPD ever heard this before? I'm so tired of being a guinea pig. it's been decades.
