Abused by my girlfriend, need advice

I need help idk if I got verbal or physically abused maybe both So my gf died two month ago and I was thinking about our relationship and talking with my friend at work I only told him two times my gf had hit me one being repeatedly as she drove the car the other one I told him about was her hitting me in my face and kicking me out of my car I was paying on Verbally she would tell me I was a man child when I paid for everything and would say stuff like I’m a good for nothing and insult me too Total amount of time It happened by her in our relationship would be 5 instances I feel like crap even thinking this
