could ridiculously high irritability during pms stem from pcos? I get so violently mad at everything that I have to either scream or stomp or punch something or sleep to relax

my doctor recommended i take magnesium and b6 to help with pms symptoms and it helped so much!! i used to have crazy mode swings and i would cry over anything and not i feel completely normal.
I have the anger pms too! I feel tense and just so angry about everything. It's almost like a ball of just spite. Hormone fluctuations suck.
Yes if you have off hormone levels then your irritability can be effected. My mom always knows when my period is coming because I tend to blow up on her then break down Into tears. The only control I used to have was taking a nap. I found my birth control has helped me have these blow up less due to adjusting my hormone levels. Talk to your doctor and see what can be done to help you.
