It’s really hard not to dwell on the past and how it effects you daily! You’re not alone and there are a lot of Alikes that are going through the same things like trauma and PTSD. These thoughts can consume you. Self care is hard when all your energy goes into just living day by day, but it’s paramount to take little steps to do things for you. You are made of the same beautiful molecules that the stars are made of! You are literally a link in the fabric of reality. Some people use their ability to manipulate reality for good and some for bad. The bad are reactions to certain manipulations done to them by others or those that are missing certain neurological pathways that help the mind to make moral decisions.
