Looking for Effective Neuropathy Treatment

Yes I take both of those too

Duloxetine and Alphalipic Acid are what my wife takes for her neuropathy. She used to be on Gabapentin but it wasn't working for her. My neuropathy is nor very bad and I'm on Gabapentin already for other reasons so they haven't given me anything different yet.

To my knowledge there are no others in the same class of meds. I would talk to your Neurologist about getting something different or get a second opinion.
