Dealing with High Stress Levels

Im stressed 75% of the time. I get very tired then i get angry and cry then i get migraines. I know most of my migraines are from my neck. Mri shows nothing xrays show nothing. Pills don’t work for chronic pain or migraines. I get so angry because nothing helps
