How do you deal with the overwhelming fatigue? I feel like I never have energy.

5,000mcg of vitamin b12 (when I can afford it), lots of caffeine (when I can afford it), and try to stay on top of drinking water or eating something if I feel real sluggish. Also getting at least 8 hours of sleep.

I've been trying different supplements. Apple cider vinegar gummies and fulvic acid (no, that's not a typo) seem to help. B12 and B6 are good too. And listening to my body, taking 10 iminute breaks between tasks helps too. And there are days when I just don't get much done. Drives me CRAZY, but that's the life we live. Whenever I try to ignore it and push hard, I always pay the price.

@LadyBlkny doing this as we speak and man, it's gonna be a 24 hour nap tomorrow I can already feel it. It feels so good to get the endorphins going enough to complete things though even if most people would laugh at what i call productive šŸ˜ž the struggle is real.

My fatigue presents as burning muscles. Like walking up my stairs at home feels like I just did 15 floors on the hardest level of a stairclimber at the gym. Anyone else?

@90yearold44 I thought that was just me! I try to explain it to people but I feel like I come off as a whiney baby. It feels like every cell in my body is a deep aching burn all the time! I'm so stoked I'm not crazy or exaggerating things.. you know how this can make you feel sometimes I'm sure. I hate that anyone else goes through it but received I'm not being a wimp. It can really hurt!

@Sagan you are not alone! I was hunting for someone else to say this today to help me feel the same way as you. The sensation is like the burning you feel when youā€™re working out, pushing to far, and your muscles are screaming for you to stop, their burning and throbbing. That is the sensation for me, but like you, Iā€™m m not working out, Iā€™m simply walking or brushing my hair.

I honestly don't even know. But it really helps to celebrate small wins, even if they don't seem like much to someone else. Be gentle with yourself. I've found sunshine on my face makes me feel a little better so I've taken to opening the curtains right beside my head by the bed to feel it's warmth whenever I can wake up. Also, oddly, this is going to sound strange, but I've recently gotten interested in beatboxing. Might not be for you, but watching them grow and learn and get so good is oddly cathartic and can energize me a little when nothing else can. Maybe they won't work for you but perhaps you can find a small thing that makes you feel they way. Writing, or drawing, or art, music, seeing others enact political change. Comedians.. the list is infinite. If it makes you feel even a tiny bit better, try to do it a little every day. Maybe I'm the odd one out for stuff like that helping? Anyone else?

@Sagan I agree with the small wins.
