      I'd have a chat with your doc and see what they recommend. If you haven't already maybe get some labs done to make sure your vitamins are balanced.

      Oh heavens no. Depression meds are not something to be played with. I would never change a med or stop a med without my doctors orders first

        @mrz.houk15 my doctor has me on a vitamin d supplement as well as antidepressants. That might be something that helps you as well

          @Cece7 You may find that certain times of the year you might need more help than others. You could ask your doctor if they can prescribe you something stronger to take on the more difficult days on top of your regular antidepressant too

        @mrz.houk15 Definitely check with your doctor before you start taking anything else, but I would definitely try taking vitamin d supplements, especially in winter or gloomier, darker months. Low vitamin d can absolutely make depression worse.

      Hmm I would say no only because it can take a bit for the medication to start working. Do you feel different with each season that you would want to change it?
