How to Stop Caring About Death Anxiety

So for me, I think of it like this. Death is a comfort, almost exciting to think of being eternally at peace; the thought of the process of dying is scary. So I just try not to think about the dying part because it gives me anxiety for a little bit. If I ever need to think about death, I just try to be hopeful of the peace that comes with it, because that part isn't scary :) hope this helps

I'm in the same boat as you. Dying terrifies me but I find some comfort in believing in reincarnation. That I'll just be born again and even if I don't remember who I was before at least I'll get to keep living on instead of rotting in the dirt for an eternity.
