is it a bad sign I spent the whole morning barely able to move from my bed while my fiance made himself breakfast, got sodas multiple times, coordinated going out and then left without ever even asking if I need anything or offering help in any way, not even so much as a glass of water ?

Sounds more like a miscommunication just based off what you said. As someone else mentioned, he may of taken it as you just needing space or something. It’s impossible to assign reason to other’s behaviors unless you have a conversation about it. When you’re feeling better maybe have an open conversation on how you feel and what you need from them - this way you are both on the same page. Hope that helps some!

Talk to him about how you feel. So he can hear it from you. I'm sure he'll do better after you talking to him.

Yes love this is a very bad sign. He doesn't care for you the way your partner should. He would be checking on you, taking care of you, making you food and drinks to, even if he wanted to go out he should have made sure that you were okay before leaving. He sounds very selfish and you deserve better than that. ☮💙🖤💜🕯

It might be that he interpreted it as you not wanting to be bothered so he was giving you the space he thought you needed. When you're emotionally able to have the conversation, let him know how you would like him to help.

It could be. I’d recommend talking to your fiancé about it and how this is making you feel.
