    Some things that help me include returning to similar hobbies I had when I was younger such as bracelet making, watching children's TV, and coloring with markers. I found that making a playlist full of songs from my childhood that I had more positive connotations for helped me process through difficult memories. In general, finding objects that were a source of positive feelings for me in childhood helps me a ton. I hope things such as this are helpful for you or gave an idea for things to do.
