I been doom-scrolling on Instagram and I’m not happy about it. I’ll catch myself doing it and then get back to watching silly/some how interesting videos all over again. Idk I just don’t want to be scrolling my life away. This is causing lots of anxiety.

    My advice is to try and limit yourself into weening off of it. Perhaps try setting alarms before you start scrolling and when the alarm goes off you do something else more productive or a hobby etc. Then gradually decrease the amount of time you allow yourself until you find yourself scrolling less and less 👍
