i think i have to quit my job and i just don’t know how to feel about it. i’m only 24 and this is my first career path job and i love it for the most part. the people in the office and super toxic but mainly i feel so sick and in pain when i wake up it feels impossible then i’m brain foggy and miserable all day. People are acting like it’s not that big of a deal to leave and that a job isn’t worth the stress i’m putting myself in. it’s not easy for me to come to that choice though. any advice?

One reply suggests, "Listen to your body and take the break for your mental health. When you feel better you can always jump back into a job." Another person shared their experience, saying, "I went through this a few months ago and I was going through a rough patch mentally. I thought it was the job but it was me and my attitude towards it at the time. It got better for me and I'm glad I stayed." Ultimately, consider your well-being and weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
