I'm not diagnosed with D.I.D yet but I'm already starting to kind of get the hang of this all but I still struggle with some alters who are hard to deal with and too much energy or full of themselves anyone know how to try and get them to calm down???

With our difficult alter(s), we usually try to communicate with them and figure out what it is they want and why they're angry. Communication between alters is different for most systems though, so I don't know how well that will work for you
