Does anyone know what is recommended if you have hearing loss and are going to a concert? I have no idea if I should get ear plugs, use my hearing aids or something else.

If it's a smaller concert and your hearing aids are bluetooth or otherwise able to be adjusted for different environments, then I've had success using the restaurant setting, bumping the high end all the way down to reduce the crowd noise. If it's a big concert with lots of cheering/screaming and a big sound system, definitely wear earplugs. Loud sounds can still cause damage even if you can't hear it well, and stadium concerts usually rival jet engines in decibel. Protect the hearing you still have!
