This is a tough one, sometimes when mine is acting up I can't have anything touching my skin. Unfortunately there are times when the only thing that helps is pure exhaustion at which point sleep.. there are times a good rub down helps... Hot tubs,, that used to be my anniversary present from my husband, we would go to a hotel in N. H. That had one in the room and I think most of our time there I was in the hot tub. I don't find it worthwhile to take a bath at home, have a trailer size bathtub. Regardless how much the hot water helps it's too painful getting out!
