Hi, there! I recently read the book Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen. It has helped a lot with my anxiety! She gives practical resources for fighting intrusive thoughts. š

I like music listening to it and feeling the music helps calm my anxiety. Also do something that takes alot of focus like painting or diamond art something where it's a continuous action and repetitive could help.
Apart from regular medication I also try to practice mindfulness daily, it helps me a lot to keep myself focused and relaxed. In addition, I practice yoga several times a week and meet weekly with a psychologist who really helps me process my feelings.

CBT is a helpful treatment for anxiety. It improved my condition. The effect of this therapy was the most effective when I had combined it with medication.
Practice grounding exercises, engage in senses, have a person charge passive space with you, write everything down that scares you and then get it out of your brain and onto a tangible thing you can tamper with, therapy with a GOOD therapist (this can take forever to find one I know and Iām sorry)
