Having a rough day, really don’t know what to do anymore. I take Humeria every 2 weeks. I honestly don’t think it works how it’s suppose to. My body usually reminds me the week of that it’s almost time for my shot. So last week my stomach was hurting and bugging a little more then usual and I’m like ok I’ll be good my shot it Friday. So I take my shot Friday and it’s an ok day I guess. Figured I’d wake up Saturday feeling better, and nope it’s Monday and I actually feel worse 🤦🏻‍♀️ can’t really eat, In pain, stomachs swollen. So now I know I’m officially in a flare. I have fibromyalgia that’s been acting up lately and I’ve been trying to figure that whole mess out. I just put my colitis on the back burner and kinda got use to how it would get. I just want to feel normal again, even if for a day. Sorry I just needed to rant. Thank you , hope you all have a great 4th of July

I too just got myself in a flare again. I hadn't had one for a long time, so I was doing all the stuff I shouldn't be: eating whatever, taking alot of nsaids. I regret not remembering that my body is in constant need of attention. Without being too hard on ourselves, here's a gentle reminder to take care of our bodies so our bodies will take care of us. 🤗
