I contacted HSV-2 in my mouth back in April..I am told it is unlikely to recur but every sensation or mark in my mouth sends me obsessing about whether or not I am having an outbreak. Does anyone have experience with this?
It will reoccur but if you can eat healthy and have a enough rest every time it will reduce the occurring time. It’s a lifetime disease but if you want to go through the healing process it can be cured but very difficult.
