Something that I find really difficult is 'code switching' when at work vs in my daily life. In my job, I'm expected to act professionally, but there are times in which I'll say something or react in a way that clearly wasn't correct because another adult will repeat what I said or laugh when I wasn't intending to be funny. Does anyone else struggle with this and if so do you have any resources or strategies that have helped with this?
